Dennis Haugan

Dennis Haugan is currently VP of Global Digital/CX at Apptio. Prior to Apptio, Dennis co-founded Beyond Vigilant, a CX strategy firm acquired by Hero Digital, built a CX practice at Strong-Bridge Consulting, served as Sr. Director of Windows Global Digital at Microsoft, and lead digital marketing, commerce and self-service for T-Mobile USA. Dennis is member of the Forbes Agency Council and remains an active board member for rippleFLIX, a video streaming platform designed to bring NGOs together with independent film makers to amplify their shared passion to change the world.
