She orchestrates the firm’s brand messaging and incorporates insights from our people and clients to make sure it is is authentic and inspirational. Her team’s contributions have supported the firm’s impressive 28% compound annual growth while serving nearly 500 clients a year. Casey oversees all external-facing programs — designed to build brand engagement, launch new offerings, drive new business, strengthen key client relationships, and attract top talent. A trusted adviser to and member of West Monroe’s executive team, Casey also plays a critical role in shaping firm strategy by representing what matters most to our clients and how West Monroe “shows up” differently. She is passionate about meeting with clients and engaging analysts to uncover the most-pressing issues facing our buyers. This ensures our solutions and the value we deliver is intrinsically tied to our clients’ wants and needs from the get-go. But it’s not enough for just the marketing team to think like this: Casey’s initiative to operationalize this approach across the firm won a Marketing Excellence Diamond Award from ITSMA in 2019. Casey joined West Monroe from Discover Card. She has a B.S. from Boston University and an M.S. from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. Under Casey’s leadership, demand generation programs contribute to 8% of firm revenue annually while its client management program has grown to represent 47%. Casey is a passionate supporter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and has raised nearly $40,000 for the organization through marathons and other fundraising efforts.
