Cindi’s years in the channel have yielded an unwavering passion for partner value and partner experience, with a belief that the best way to achieve success as a vendor is to shift focus from inside-out to outside-in. This philosophy led her to join Tanium as Director, Global Partner Programs in mid-2019. She came with a mandate to design, build and lead the company’s first full-featured partner program, which launched in early 2019: Tanium Partner Advantage. Cindi led the team in breaking the rules of conventional design by delivering a partner program focused on supporting, enabling, and recognizing partners in a route-agnostic way rather than with arbitrary tiers or other rigid requirements. Prior to Tanium, Cindi was at VMware, where she was integral in the design and development of the VMware Partner Connect program. She created and led the Partner Experience team, which focused on aligning initiatives, teams, and strategies to ensure an impactful and consistent partner experience end to end. Earlier in her career, Cindi focused on business strategy and corporate communications, both internal and with agencies, driving results for well-known, technology leaders and innovators. Cindi was recognized as one of the 2020 Women of the Channel by CRN, and has become a recognized advocate and presenter on the importance of Partner Experience.
